We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Engineer to join our marketing team. This role combines digital content management, webmaster and CRM responsibilities, and data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, attentive to detail and execution quality, and passionate about improving digital marketing performance through systematic and analytical approaches.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Management, Statistics, Communications, or related fields.
2.3+ years of experience in digital marketing and content operations – preferably in the semiconductor industry.
3.Familiarity with CMS platforms, lead tracking systems, and basic HTML/CSS for content layout and formatting.
4.Excellent command of English and Mandarin, with strong proofreading and editorial skills.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to derive actionable insights from data.
6.Google Analytics or Google Ads Certification is a strong plus.
7.Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is highly desirable.
工作技能
Key Responsibilities:
1.Web & Content Management
1-1Collaborate with product teams to maintain product content and assist in creating or reviewing marketing materials (e.g., webpage, flyers, banners, slides, or videos) to ensure brand consistency.
1-2Manage and update website content using CMS tools; ensure consistency with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and accurate product representation.
1-3Coordinate with internal application teams and external partners to ensure the quality and completeness of content on Nuvoton’s developer forums.
2.CRM & Sales Enablement
2-1Manage marketing leads and sales inquiries data; ensure timely distribution to global sales teams and product business groups (BGs), while maintaining data integrity in the CRM system.
2-2Facilitate distributor training events with product marketing and sales teams, handling registration and attendance tracking.
3.Digital Analytics & Technical Optimization
3-1Monitor and analyze website and forums performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4); candidates with Google Analytics Certification are preferred.
3-2Leverage technical knowledge (e.g., HTML/CSS, structured content databases, or marketing automation tools) to enhance content workflows, streamline operations, and support future automation and data-driven marketing initiatives.
