1. 研究所以上，電子電機計算機相關領域尤佳

2. 至少3年以上產品管理工作經驗, IC晶片設計，MCU相關產業領域尤佳

3  熟悉市場管理與行銷技巧 (行銷活動企劃,定價策略,等…)

4. 良好人際溝通技巧

5. 自我驅動 創造力及量化思維, 市場敏銳，觀察力與洞察力

6. 流利英文，日文韓文加分

7. 需配合出差，一年累積兩個月以下

1. Master's degree or above in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, or computer science.

2. Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, preferably in IC chip design and the MCU industry.

3. Familiarity with market management techniques such as marketing campaign planning and pricing strategies.

4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

5. Self-driven with creativity, quantitative thinking, market sensitivity, observation skills, and insight.

6. Fluent in English, with knowledge of Japanese or Korean as a plus.

7. Willingness to travel, with a maximum of two months of accumulated travel per year.
