Key Responsibilities

• Independently drive business development activities in the EMEA market in close collaboration with the Taiwan headquarters
• Identify target customers and develop new business opportunities
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to create business opportunities
• Promote MCU and Audio IC solutions and communicate their technical value
• Provide market feedback and strategic input to product development and marketing teams at the headquarters
• Build relationships with prospective customers and drive project creation and execution
• Develop mid- to long-term market strategies and business plans in the EMEA
• Provide regulat MCU & Audio products training to Disty in the EMEA sales region
• On-going project status update with CRM progress maintenance
